  • Helped formulate the company’s initial product team and developed a 4-quarter product roadmap across the different layers of the Switch platform, in order to increase KPIs around revenue, sales, and active non-Switch users.

  • Managed a cross-functional international development team in four locations (Denver, Sydney, Manila, Singapore) who designed and developed features and functionality within the platform, specifically around integrations and connecting to customer data with usability and self-service in mind.

  • Recruited, trained, and managed an international team of Data Scientists in four locations (Denver, Sydney, Manila, Washington D.C.) who became the super-users of the tools and features initiated and implemented by my development team.

  • Designed and implemented a fully functional Python Library (switch-api) to allow maximum flexibility for all customer data integrations (flat files & APIs), which relieved our JavaScript developers of these duties and allowed them to focus solely on product development.

  • Oversaw Switch’s first successful marketing campaign launch for a freemium offering that was designed to integrate the various features within the Switch platform, to make it more accessible to all levels of users, increase user traffic, and ultimately increase revenue.

  • Worked with our UI team to produce a platform-wide GUI update, including A/B testing of prototypes, with focus on ease of access for the various tools and features available to end users.

  • Designed and implemented the platform’s new global notification system, providing users with a central interface to toggle and customize notifications across the various platform features, and expanded the notifications from email-centric to include notifications via text, in-platform, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.

  • Utilized UX skillset to develop user journey flowcharts (Miro) for different user personas in the ideation phase of each project, and collaborated with stakeholders and UI team to design and test thoroughly to bring them to life.

  • Prioritized providing transparency and updates to the company during every sprint cycle, including successes, bottlenecks, user feedback, and technical hurdles to ensure continuous stakeholder input.
